- Products can be returned or refunded within *14 days* of the order delivery date.
- Returned products must be in their *original packaging*, unused, unopened, and in perfect resalable condition.
- Shipping and handling costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where Dicare Yu has incorrectly shipped an item or the product is defective.

2. Return Process:

- Before making a return, the customer must request a return authorization through the customer service email: info@dicareyu.com or by calling +1 (682) 422-7077.
- Once the request has been approved, the customer must send the item to the address indicated by Dicare Yu, using a shipping method that allows the package to be tracked.
- Dicare Yu reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions previously mentioned.

3. Refunds:

- Once the return of the item has been received and verified, Dicare Yu will proceed to refund the total amount of the purchase, including the cost of the item and the initial shipping costs, if applicable.
- Refunds will be made through the same payment method used in the original purchase.
- The refund process may take up to *10 business days* from receipt of the returned item.

- Due to the characteristics of our natural products, Dicare Yu will not accept returns or make refunds for changes of mind, incompatibility of the product with the customer's skin or any other reason related to the use of the product.
